Team Building Hike and Historic Tour

Enjoy spring and celebrate Earth Month with a naturalist guided hike in the beautiful Pine Barrens of South Jersey. Bring a lunch, hiking clothes and a rain jacket just in case! We’ll start out with a short hike along Batsto Lake (around 1 hour) and back for lunch. Then we will tour the village, which was a forge during the American Revolution that produced cannonballs for the American Navy and privateers who sailed on the Mullica River. I hope to see you there!

We’ll wrap up the day at the Batsto Visitor Center where you can purchase a book, photograph or a locally hand-crafted Pine Barrens themed item. For history enthusiasts, there is a walk-through exhibit at the center highlighting the industrial and social activities of the village.
